The International Alumni Center (iac Berlin) was founded by the Robert Bosch Stiftung in 2017 to support the development of networks for social impact. It advises foundations and other nonprofit organizations, provides practical solutions for the design of networks and initiates new forms of collaboration.
The iac Berlin also coordinates the Bosch Alumni Network, which connects more than 8,800 former and current fellows, grantees, partners and employees of the Robert Bosch Stiftung and its partners, and supports them as agents of change in their communities. The network contributes to an open, just and sustainable world by convening diverse perspectives, enabling knowledge sharing, and empowering members to take collective action. With a decentralized structure and communities based on topics and regions, the network brings together members with common interests and different backgrounds from around 140 countries. Members contribute to the network’s mission through more than 100 activities each year.
