The Opportunity

Reporting to the Operations and Planning Manager the focus of this role will be to act as the key liaison point between the Department Managers, the Business Operations Support team and other centralised administrative functions.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for developing expertise in and undertaking a substantive range of high-level administrative and project coordination duties. Planning, undertaking and overseeing project and administrative related tasks and acting as a key liaison point and subject matter expert in relation to Department processes and team objectives.

The appointee will have a degree qualification in a relevant field with extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
