This individual will be instrumental in ensuring that clients receive personalized and strategic advice tailored to their unique financial goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in paraplanning, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial products and regulations.Key Responsibilities:– Financial Planning Support: Collaborate with financial advisors to prepare detailed financial plans and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.– Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities to support the development of client strategies.– Client Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for client meetings, including financial summaries, investment proposals, and risk assessments.– Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all financial plans and documentation adhere to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.– Technical Expertise: Utilise financial planning software and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial planning process.– Collaboration: Work closely with financial advisors, client service teams, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client services.– Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry developments, financial products, and regulatory changes to continually enhance the quality of financial planning services provided.Qualifications:– Experience: 5+ years of experience in paraplanning, financial planning, or a related field, preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry.– Education: A relevant degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with additional certifications such as CFP, CII, or equivalent being highly desirable.– Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations.– Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all financial documentation and analysis.– Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.– Technology Proficiency: Proficient in financial planning software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools and platforms.– Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.If you are a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial planning, my client invites you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
