Senior Partner ManagerRole PurposeThis role holder is responsible for supporting the Head of Partner Management in developing and managing key alliance partnerships and programmes with several of our top strategic partnerships.The focus will be on managing performance across a group of technology vendors, collaborating with other partner leads, product managers, sales and marketing, to ensure revenue growth and profitability, expanding market reach, and enhancing our cybersecurity offerings through strong partner management.Key AccountabilitiesResponsible for managing performance of several partners. Specifically:Monitor and measure the performance of partners, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes. This could include Matched Development Funding (MDF), Rebates, Revenue etcTrack programmes and initiatives for partners including, accreditations, events, progress against key deliverables.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management outlining progress against key metrics tracked.Working across NCC Group to ensure appropriate attendance at training programs and events arranged to enhance partner knowledge and expertise in our products and services.Track success factors for any trial vendors in collaboration with Product and Partner managersWhat we’re looking for in youExcellent organizational and data handling skills.Strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.Familiarity with cyber security and technology partners desirable.Behaviors:
