If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!At Go-Ahead London, we’re looking for a Senior Performance Manager to take strategic ownership of operational performance across our network. Reporting to the Network Performance Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of Area Performance Managers, ensuring they meet key QICs/QSI performance targets while driving continuous improvement.This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with Transport for London (TfL), local authorities, and internal teams to optimise service delivery, reduce delays, and ensure our buses run to the highest standardsResponsibilitiesLead & develop a team of Area Performance Managers, driving accountability and operational excellence.
Analyse performance trends and use data-driven insights to improve service reliability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with QICs/QSI targets, Drivers’ Hours Regulations, and Health & Safety policies.
Work collaboratively with TfL, local councils, and internal stakeholders to resolve network issues.
Take a strategic approach to improving customer service, vehicle presentation, and operational standards.QualificationsProven leadership experience in bus operations or a similar transport environment.
Strong performance management skills, with the ability to drive results and motivate teams.
Deep understanding of iBus technology, QICs/QSI targets, and TfL standards.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging external partners.
Calm & decisive leadership in high-pressure and emergency situations.Salary : £67,500Closing Date : 16th April 2025 at 17:00hrs
