- Full-time maximum term position up to 12 months
- This role is a parental leave replacement position
- Salary range: $98,902 – $123,624 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging
- Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model
About the role
In this role you will lead and support key activities with a focus on improving our clients’ experience and engagement. The major focus of the role will be to support better client intake and inclusion through improving the quality and consistency of our access intake, triage and referral policies and practices across VLA and the broader legal assistance sector.
You will embed client experience into program design, delivery and evaluation and undertake improvement initiatives and projects using contemporary project management and design approaches. You will build, develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) and support collaboration and partnership activities to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
About you
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience using project management and change management skills to successfully design, implement and evaluate improvement projects and initiatives.
- An ability to understand and maintain contemporary knowledge of legal assistance sector intake, triage and referrals policies, practices and services (ideally gained within the legal services sector).
- Strong communication, creative problem solving and time management skills, with the ability to influence others while working closely with key stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to social justice and understanding of service design and delivery
- Adaptability, curiosity, a willingness to learn and apply new approaches and techniques to improve the client experience.
