You’ll join our existing MyJust Bail Support Program Youth Specialists to develop and implement a wrap-around service to support the families of young people who have come into contact with the youth justice system.

Where you come in:
We are looking for a Senior Practitioner in a Full-time permanent capacity to join the team. Based in Mount Isa as part of our Youth and Men’s Services team, you’ll report to our Team Leader.
You will make an impact by:
- Drive quality program planning and implementation
- Coach, train and develop colleagues to increase skill and competency to enable high quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain operational stakeholder relationships that are critical to the success of the program.
- Coordinate staff caseloads and program logistics, monitoring and evaluation, risk management and child protection.
- Maintain a caseload of clients.
Does this sound like you?
- You will have demonstrated skills, knowledge, understanding and experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth and families, families at risk, and young people involved in the youth justice system.
- You must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Social Work, Community Development etc).
