You will be part of an enthusiastic and committed team of Architects and Technicians who will deliver high quality output on projects.To be successful you will exhibit high levels of creativity, imagination, vision and enthusiasm to produce distinctive architectural solutions and have a good knowledge in the production of technical details and specifications.Key PurposeAt BakerHicks, we’re providing the industry’s most creative minds the space to consider, collaborate, innovate, and develop the most advanced technologies and processes. • Time, cost, quality and resource and delivery management including communication with the department and management to ensure that resource, project and customer requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Manage and oversee the preparation of enquiry plans, tender reviews, fee estimate sheets, scopes of work and change controls.
• Monitoring of project fee spend and delivery of commercial objectives including CVR management.
• Manage Cost of Further Works and resource plans.

Our multi-disciplinary project delivery approach ensures that our schemes are not only compliant and safe but also that they are fluid and dynamic to allow for reconfiguration and expansion as the market evolves.Many of the positions within our company are subject to security clearance.
