You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the LifeAs the Senior Product Specialist for the TAVI (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation) portfolio in the UK and Ireland, you will play a vital role in driving marketing strategies to support the growth and success of the TAVI business. In this position, you will collaborate closely with sales and market development teams, EU marketing, and various cross-functional departments.Your key responsibilities will include planning and implementing marketing strategies, partnering with sales teams to ensure alignment, and conducting customer segmentation. You will also be tasked with developing and executing regional marketing campaigns, leading product launches to facilitate the successful adoption of TAVI innovations and managing local promotional activities.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Design and implement marketing and product strategies to support the growth of the Structural Heart TAVI business
- Plan and manage the Structural Heart TAVI product portfolio to ensure alignment with market needs and business objectives
- Work closely with the regional marketing team and country sales leadership to execute tailored country-specific marketing plans, with a strong emphasis on measurable campaign tracking and execution
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform the development of new initiatives. Collaborate with the Western Europe (WE) marketing team to oversee and execute competitive sales and marketing strategies
- Provide support to sales teams on marketing strategies, therapy/product expertise, clinical data, and other relevant topics during customer visits and local events. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders in the region
- Event Coordination and Campaign Management
- This role requires 30–50% travel within the UK, Ireland, and other relevant regions as needed
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Extensive marketing or commercial experience within the medical device sector, preferably in the cardiology area
- Proven track record of successfully executing complex projects
- Ability to lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams, prioritize high-impact activities, and maintain momentum on multifaceted projects
- Strong aptitude for understanding clinical and technical aspects relevant to the role
