Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionVisa is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to help lead the development of our FX (currency exchange) product in Visa Direct Accounts and Wallets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product strategy, discovery, delivery and adoption to enhance the value proposition of Visa’s cross-border offering. This role requires a deep understanding of the FX market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Key Responsibilities:Help the Product Director to define and articulate the product vision and strategy for Visa Direct’s FX product, aligning with overall business objectivesConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in the FX spaceCollaborate with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams to develop and launch innovative FX solutions and featuresProvide deep FX expertise to the engineering teams, helping with design and providing mathematical examples where necessary to aid QA testingGather and prioritize product and customer needsAnalyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvementServe as a point of contact for Visa Direct FX product-related inquiries, offering expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholdersCreate and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including business cases, roadmaps, user guides, and training materialsThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.QualificationsBasic Qualifications

• The majority of work experience should be within the financial services industry, working within risk management, treasury, or FX trading
• Strong technical and data experience required. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with risk management, cash management, operations, treasury or FX trading in a product capacity.
• Deep understanding of key FX concepts – FX risk management and pricing, FX settlement, collateral and margin management etc.
• Treasury and/or risk certifications will be well regarded Effective communicator and collaborator with a growth mindset
