Step Into the Opportunity:
As Senior Program Officer, you will be joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion, and equity, while being responsible for:
- Providing intellectual advice for areas of the Program connected to your specialized knowledge.
- Developing, monitoring, managing, and evaluating research projects.
- Assessing proposals, including conceptual, methodological, operational, evaluative, and financial aspects, and identifying and developing research proposals in accordance with the Centre policies.
- Managing the preparation of contracts and grant letters, analysis of financial statements, adjustment of budgets and schedules, and project closures.
- Collaborating at the Centre-wide level with different stakeholders and contributing to knowledge dissemination and utilisation.

- You Have the Following Qualifications and Experience:
Education Pathways:
- A Ph.D with a minimum of three (3) years or a master’s degree with a minimum of five (5) years of study and work in the fields of public health nutrition and food systems.
Language Proficiency:
- Proficiency in both French and English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
Relevant Professional Experience:
- Must have recent, cumulative experience in managing large-scale research programmes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in the preparation and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks and synthesis of programme-level results
- Work experience in a developing country.
