About the opportunity

Are you a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Lead looking for your next challenge? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated person to join our Growth & Projects team based at Coburg.

As a Senior Project Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, fostering growth and managing projects that contribute to the organisations overall mission. You are a systems thinker who has a passion for evidence-based work, research and evaluation.

In this role you will also:

  • Coordinate and contribute to business development activities, including program design, resource development/review.
  • Lead a small team, creating a collaborative culture that supports the strengthening of an evidence-based culture within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement growth strategies that align with the AOD, MH and Carer Services Division.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring the successful delivery of outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline.

What’s on offer

In addition to receiving a salary equivalent to SCHADS Level 5 plus superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.

About you

What you will bring: 

  • Experience coordinating community services projects, including research, evaluation and service development programs.
  • Understanding and experience in program logic and consumer journey mapping.
  • Understanding and experience working in the Alcohol and other Drug Sector, Mental Health sector.
  • Research literacy and ability to translate research into practice.
  • Experience leading a small team.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing written communications and presenting to diverse audiences including both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant postgraduate tertiary qualifications such as Health Sciences, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work.
