Senior Project Manager (12-Month Contract – Outside IR35)Location: Hybrid – Central London (2–3 days per week)Start Date: Within the next monthDuration: 12 months (initial + chance for extension)Contract Type: Outside IR35A leading global entertainment business is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join on an initial 12-month contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead critical M&A-related projects with a particular focus on infrastructure, networking, and onboarding of new systems.Senior Project Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across M&A integration initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and onboarding of systems.
  • Manage infrastructure and networking workstreams, coordinating technical and business stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships, acting as a trusted partner across multiple functions.
  • Drive projects to completion with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
  • Report effectively on project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership.

Senior Project Manager Essential Skills & Experience

  • PMP, PRINCE2 and/or Scrum certification (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Background in large-scale enterprise environments, ideally on a global level.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ideally within M&A or large-scale systems onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure and networking projects.
  • Confident, resilient, and business-relationship–focused, with the ability to influence and lead in a global matrix environment.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience within the entertainment business including any work in venues, arenas or stadiums
  • Hands-on experience with M&A-related activity and onboarding new technology systems.
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Senior stakeholder management expertise, with a proven ability to engage at executive level.
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills to ensure clarity and governance.
