Contributing to a Healthier, Wealthier and Greener world.Waracle is looking for a Senior Project Manager, based from any of our offices (Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow or London) in a hybrid working pattern.The Senior Project Manager will support the end-to-end delivery of projects, with a proven track record of delivery in a cross functional team. You will be a technically minded leader, passionate about agile delivery and experienced in creating digital products.As a Senior Project Manager some of the responsibilities include:Define project scope, timelines and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of digital projects.Collaborate with clients and cross functional teams to develop comprehensive project roadmaps that outline milestones, deliverables and key dependencies.Manage budgets and resource allocations, ensuring that projects are adequately staffed and delivered within budget.Identify and implement strategies to mitigate risks, dependencies and issues, minimising impact to project schedule and budget.Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify new business opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and with stakeholders.Proven experience leading a highly technical, cross-functional team, preferably within an agency setting.Experience delivering solutions and managing development teams throughout the full product lifecycle from discovery to deployment and operations.Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.Knowledge of software engineering methodologies and the SDLC, with the ability to adapt project management approaches as needed while managing scope and cost.Strong emotional intelligence skills that allow for effective team motivation, conflict resolution and collaboration.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity, and fostering a sense of partnership.Research shows that underrepresented groups tend to only apply when they tick every box.
