Due to the consultancy’s continuous growth, they are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team based in London.

Senior Project Manager Role

The opportunity exists for a Senior Project Manager who beholds high levels of determination and motivation to develop their career, and expand with the company in order to become a figurehead with their clients.

The Senior Project manager will be working on a range of sectors including residential, retail, leisure and hospitality projects, while reporting to a director, managing the feasibility, design, and implementation of the project(s) on behalf of key clients, as well as to research and create business opportunities, working in their London office primarily in and around London.

Senior Project Manager Requirements

• Experience in creating and presenting formal reports to clients.
• A Construction / RICS / Project Management related degree
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Experience in client management.
• Experience in administering contracts.
• An understanding of the roles of Contract Administration and Employers Agent administration J CT forms of Contract.
