A well-established construction consultancy based in London is looking for a Senior Project Manager to progress due to continued success within the healthcare sector.

The Senior Project Manger’s Role

The successful Senior Project Manager will have high levels of motivation and drive. The Senior Project Manager will be working within London, primarily focusing on mid to large scale healthcare commissions ranging from £500k to £40m.

The day-to-day duties will consist of overseeing the job from beginning to end. performing on-site front-end due diligence work, pre-contract management, and phase-by-phase management of the building process.

The Senior Project Manager Requirements

• Degree in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a similar construction related subject.
• Previous client facing Project Management experience.
• Commercial background (Desirable)
• Experience working within the healthcare sector (Desirable)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Previous experience working at Senior Project Manager level at a construction consultancy.
