A Real-Estate Construction Consultancy in London is actively looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join their ambitious team.The Senior Project Manager’s RoleThe Successful Senior Project Manager will work on luxury residential projects, CLT Building repair work, and historical library renovations. These projects will cost between £5 million and £23 million.Working with contract teams, clients, and customers, the Senior Project Manager will be overseeing the project’s safe management and completion in accordance with the client’s business practises and procedures in London.The Senior Project Manager will be in charge of supervising every stage of construction and ensuring that it is finished on schedule and within budget.Senior Project Manager Requirements

• Degree level qualification within project management, construction management or equivalent (Desirable).
• MRICS (Desirable)
• Background within Quantity or Building Surveying skill set required.
• Minimum 4 Years Project Management Construction Consultancy Experience.
• APM certified, Prince 2 or equivalent (desirable).
• Experience delivering full project life cycle through RIBA stages 0 to 7.
