We are currently looking for NEC4 Accredited Project Managers to work on large Highways infrastructure schemes in the Midlands.Key Responsibilities· Undertaking the delegated duties of the Client’s representative under the NEC4 ECC form of contract.· Be a proficient user of CEMAR. Ensuring full use to administer the contract within the contractual timescales.· Ensuring full compliance within Client Governance and financial / contractual delegations.· Holding Project Suppliers to account to deliver the Scope in accordance with their conditions of contract.· Leading all key meetings and report a single consistent view of project progress.· Complying with the contract to manage effective and timely communication on all project matters – manage, monitor and issue the response relating to all project communications.· Managing the delivery of threat mitigation and opportunity realisation effectively to help achieve value for money.· Advising the Client of any instructions that change the Scope and assist them in considering proposals and seeking solutions.· Advising the Client of any matter regarding early warnings. Assist in considering proposals, seeking solutions, recording proposals and decisions taken.· Drafting contract communications for the Client as required.You’ll also have· You hold an NEC4 PM Accreditation with a minimum of 7 years’ experience of managing infrastructure projects. You have working knowledge of National Highways standards, delivery processes, procedures, and governance.· You will have an engineering/project management or commercial background with strong knowledge of Infrastructure and contract administration principles.
