  • Lead full project delivery for large client initiatives
  • Primary interface with senior client stakeholders, frequently to the main program or customer boards, regarding project status, budget, scope and issues
  • Provide leadership to manage activities for cross-functional teams and coordinate implementation plans with internal and external resources (local/offshore teams)
  • Ensure client satisfaction through the successful realization of business benefits and address business drivers
  • Provide effective communication of project status, plans, issues, timelines, and budgets, at all levels internally and externallyAccountable for the project’s financial performanceEnsure process compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements

What you will bring

  • Strong telecom and IT background, in SI and Consulting environment
  • Extensive experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with a software professional services organization or consulting background
  • Logical approach to problem-solving and excellent eye for detail
  • Proven track record of meeting project timeliness/deliverables and attention to detail, process, deadlines and quality results
  • Proven track record of working with virtual teams of different cultures to establish distributed delivery
  • Demonstrated success with customers during initiative assessment, project planning and implementation

Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for effective project delivery on small to medium engagements. Provides direction and mentoring to project team. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility.
