Role: Senior Project ManagerEmployment Type: PermanentLocation: Enfield (flexible hybrid working)Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 p/a (DOE)We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our esteemed client, a market leader in the water industry. This role will be based out of their Enfield office, providing leadership and direction to project teams covering Thames Water, Affinity Water, South East Water and Southern Water frameworks.As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.Responsibilities:

• Championing exemplary safety and quality standards across all projects, including both direct and subcontracted workforce
• Implementing the Business Management System (BMS) throughout all project phases, from tender handover to final completion
• Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships at various levels
• Ensuring appropriate staffing levels for projects and clarifying individual responsibilities
• Strategic project planning, including review and endorsement of the Project Execution Plan
• Preparation and approval of detailed construction plans and method statements prior to project commencement
• Proactive management of all commercial aspects of projects, providing accurate forecasts and estimates in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multi-disciplinary design and construction projects, preferably within the water industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in construction, commercial, or engineering-related discipline
• Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent certification
• Familiarity with Construction Contracts, particularly NEC and/or IChemE
• Working knowledge of CDM and construction Health & Safety regulations
• Previous experience in water and waste water treatment plants (an advantage)
