Project descriptionThe core business of our client is in operating a power exchange for Central Western Europe, the United Kingdom and the Nordic countries. The company develops own cloud platform which enables operation activity of the business. Platform aiming at managing local flexibility trading between Flexible Service Provider and TSOs / DSOs fostering renewable and demand response integration into the grid and coordinating TSO and DSO flexibility needs. You will join an agile team responsible for the development, test, configuration and deployment of a market platform hosted on the Cloud (AWS, GCP) and based on a Kubernetes cluster.Responsibilities

• Translate the functional requirements into test cases to be developed in parallel with the feature implementation Develop and maintain the automation tests orchestrated in CICD Contribute to the CICD pipelines definition in GitLab (to support automated tests execution on different environments) Support the product owner and the project manager in the creation, description, refinement of the user stories/tasks managed in the product backlog

SKILLSMust have

• Engineering Master’s degree in software development with significant professional experience in SaaS, ideally in the energy or finance area; Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in software automated tests; Experience with Cloud hosted solutions: Used to work in an Agile/Scrum framework; Good communication and presentation skills (oral and written); Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures principles and associated design patterns; SCM and CICD: GitLab; Language: Javascript / Typescript; Automated test framework: Cypress.io; Cucumber or similar BDD framework; Data access (store/messaging systems): SQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch; Advanced French, ability to travel

Nice to havePerformance testing; Container orchestration and scalability: Docker, Kubernetes; Script: shell, makefile; Build: npm; Application server: NodeJS; Robot framework or similar; Postman; Python Testing; OS: Linux
