Senior QA Engineer – 2-3 days a week in the London OfficeWe have partnered with an exciting Health Tech start-up. They are looking to hire their first Senior QA Engineer, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of their innovative products. As the key figure in their QA efforts, you’ll work closely with their CPO. This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to shape the future of their QA processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Shift-Left Testing: Embed quality early in the development process.
• Manual Testing: Identify and reproduce bugs in mirror software.
• Advanced Testing: Apply regression, functional, and exploratory testing.
• Collaborate: Test ReflectAI® tracking with computer vision engineers and real exercises.
• Content QA: Ensure new workout content meets high standards.
• Hardware Inspection: Verify hardware from shipments meets specs.
• Release Management: Coordinate with developers for smooth feature releases.
• Leadership: Potential to lead the QA team as it grows.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven QA expertise in startups or high-growth settings.
• Skills: Strong in mobile/web app testing and usability.
• Test Planning: Create tailored test plans and strategies.
• Tools: Skilled with JIRA and Xray.
• Communication: Clear in explaining technical concepts and writing test cases.
• Agile Experience: Background in Agile Scrum teams.
