We are looking for an organised, flexible and proactive individual to join our Academic Quality Unit. You will have experience of quality assurance and enhancement in higher education and be an excellent communicator with attention to detail and strong administrative and analytical skills.
The team is responsible for the management of the university’s quality assurance and enhancement processes. This includes managing a busy course approval and reviews programme and advising colleagues on academic regulations and curriculum design. As a Senior Quality Officer, the work may include developing specialist expertise related to one or more of collaborative provision and academic partnerships, apprenticeships, external examiners, PSRBs, data management, student engagement, and curriculum design.
We wish to appoint an individual with relevant skills and self-motivation to progress a career in HE quality assurance. This is a busy and varied role, with much scope for individual initiative. The successful candidate will work effectively as part of a team, providing advice to colleagues across the University and partner institutions.
