This role would suit someone who seeks variety in their workload. Projects will range from but limited to Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Defence.Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). My client would also consider your application if you are at an advanced stage of your APC.
• At least 3-5 years postgraduate experience with provable technical delivery experience
• Experience with cost planning, value engineering, preparing tenders, billing

• A starting salary of between £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
