SummaryWe are delighted to be working with a pioneering property consultancy to secure quantity surveyor for their office on the Oxfordshire Cotswold borders.About the positionThis fantastic quantity surveying opportunity has been created to look after a brilliant project portfolio and pipeline of work. The workload is nicely diverse, through pre and post contract duties, working with manufacturing, technology, engineering, commercial and residential clients. Projects will vary in size and complexity, allowing for you to manage a small portfolio, where you will either deliver on your own or form part of a project team.You will form a key part of a small but highly successful team, where you will be mentored, empowered and supported to deliver some fantastic projects, many of which are pioneering.The business is well regarded and coming ever more into the spot with the calibre of clients and scale of projects that it is being instructed on. The company is people centric, making sure that their team is cared for, invested in and supported to be able to operate at the highest levels and maintain a healthy work and personal life balance.About youYou will be degree educated within cost management, quantity surveying or construction related course. Ideally you will be a member of the RICS, CIOB and at the very least have near ambitions to complete one.It is essential that you have experience within a consultancy, developer or end user to have the necessary pre and post contract experience.We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, performing in the top 5% of their peerage and someone who is looking to progress as quickly as their success allows, rather than time served.Duties will include and not limited to, cost plans, feasibility studies, tendering, tender analysis, tender award, valuation, negotiations and contract administration.In return
