My client are a leading property maintenance contractor operating across the UK. They specialise in a range of different sectors including housing, leisure, education, retail, healthcare, and commercial.They are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.Duties to include:

• Oversee projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare CVR reports and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins.
• Manage costs effectively.
• Measure, price, and evaluate tenders.
• Administer and manage sub-contractor accounts.
• Supervise other surveyors on commercial matters.
• Produce and submit applications for payment.
