My client are a vibrant construction and property development group who design and deliver innovative high end residential developments.They are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business. You’ll be working on a large high rise scheme in Liverpool’s city centre.As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Taking a proactive approach in managing projects and tenders, overseeing their progress and ensuring adherence to financial and contractual requirements. Providing commercial assistance, surveying knowledge, and contractual expertise to the company, contributing to the growth and development of the commercial department. Maintaining a vigilant overseeing role in relation to the operations teams, ensuring efficient delivery performance both financially and contractually. Developing and nurturing subcontractor relationships, and overseeing the management of subcontract packages.
