The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality. This involves preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, performing risk and value management, and cost control.Ideal candidates will possess:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, with a focus on Groundworks.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent negotiation, numerical, and communication skills.
