Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Middlesbrough

Salary / Pay Rate: £40,000 – £55,000

Job Type: Permanent

The Role

• Prepare and or review, Tender Documents, Contracts and Sub-Contracts, Appointment and Sub-Appointment documents, Bills of Quantities
• Price and forecast the project costs and report periodically in writing, on the financial status of the individual projects
• Track changes to the design and or construction work and recoup income from the client along with managing (adjusting) the project costs and sub-contractors

The Company

• Subcontract structural steel frame instillation specialists
• Providing services across the UK include designing, engineering, manufacturing and erecting structures

The Candidate

• A minimum of 5 years as a quantity surveyor
• Structural steelwork experience
• Experience with contractual law
