Salary: £65,000 – £75,000A leading independent construction and property consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established infrastructure team based at London Gatwick, leading and delivering high-profile transport and aviation projects.This opportunity is ideal for a commercially astute professional with experience delivering complex infrastructure schemes across both pre- and post-contract stages, ideally on projects valued at £5 million and above. Strong familiarity with NEC contracts is essential; experience using Cemar is highly advantageous, along with project exposure to aviation-related projects.Candidate Requirements:

• MRICS qualification (preferred)
• Proven experience in the delivery of infrastructure/aviation projects
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge, with experience on £5m+ projects
• Expertise in NEC contracts (Cemar experience desirable)
• Background within a UK-based construction consultancy
• Ability to provide robust procurement and strategy advice
