You could be a valued member of the companies’ projects team, working closely with a Senior Contracts ManagerThis M&E Quantity Surveyors role is with a leading Building Services Contractor who deliver a wide range of construction, refurbishment, and specialist projects across commercial, healthcare, and office sectors. Typical project values range from £50k to £5 millionAs a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will be:

• Reviewing and interpreting tender documentation, preparing accurate BoQs and cost plans.
• Undertaking quantity take-offs and assisting in pricing substructure and superstructure packages, including M&E elements.
• Negotiating and agreeing final accounts with both clients and supply chain partners.
• Monitoring cost performance and identifying value engineering opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and the wider project team.

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor or Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND, BSc, or MSc in Quantity Surveying or MEP Commercial Management.As a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor your salary will be up to £80K plus a car allowance.
