Our Client manages multi-discipline teams on multi-national projects, with a detailed knowledge of both large industry and small business construction methodologies. They are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cardiff. This role is a contract that will be ongoing for several years.

Job Description:

Some of the main duties for this role include:

• Supporting Bid Manager

• Putting Tenders together

• Providing Estimates

• Pricing works

Requirements

– Highly desirable Rail background

– Experience working with Network Rail

– In depth NR9 and NR12 contract knowledge

– Managing Tier 1 contracts

– Several years of Senior Quantity Surveyor experience

– Team management

– Commercial Management
