icddr,b is conducting a study to detect multipathogens from wastewater. The study includes various laboratory methods to detect measles, flue, SASR-CoV-2, Respiratory virus etc. in wastewater which of these pathogens in ES can infer transmission dynamics of the respective diseases in the associated catchment areas.
The Senior Research Assistant reporting to the Research Officer will be involved in wastewater sample collection from the sites, conduct laboratory test, preserve samples, analyze and manage data with the objective of supporting research studies within the guidelines of project-specific field research procedures and organizational values and guidelines.
