Location: Cotswolds
Position: Senior Sales Advisor
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Tuesday to Saturday)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + CommissionOur client, a leading developer in the new homes industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Advisor to join their team at a stunning retirement development in the picturesque Cotswolds. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is comfortable with IT systems, CRM software, and has a solid understanding of marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Customer Service: Provide expert guidance to prospective buyers, ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.Reporting: Regularly produce and manage sales reports, utilizing strong IT skills to track performance and maintain accurate records.CRM Systems: Efficiently manage leads and customer data using the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and followed up appropriately.Marketing: Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and collaborating with the marketing team to increase visibility of the development.Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.About You:Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, ideally within the new homes or property sector, with a focus on retirement developments.Strong IT Skills: Comfortable with reporting, using CRM systems, and other software tools.Marketing Knowledge: Experience in supporting or executing marketing strategies for property developments.Sales Driven: A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.Professional and Personable: Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.What’s on Offer:Competitive Salary: A basic salary of up to £40,000, dependent on experience, with the potential to earn commission.Career Development: Opportunities to grow and develop within a leading property developer.Stunning Location: Work in a beautiful Cotswolds setting, with the chance to be part of a premium retirement development.If you have the right experience and are ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!To Apply:
