Forward Role have exclusively partnered with a leading home security brand to find their newest Senior Sales & Loyalty Supervisor! You will lead a dynamic sales team within their contact centre with focus on both sales and retention. You will play a pivotal role in driving the team forward to achieve targets and KPIs for both inbound & outbound operations.About the role:

• Set and achieve team targets in alignment with company goals, ensuring diligent tracking and management of leads.
• Organize sales and retention incentives in collaboration with marketing initiatives.
• Handle escalated customer issues, maintaining superior service standards.
• Oversee team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Foster a high-performance culture, identifying training needs and coordinating development plans with senior leadership.

What they are looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a contact centre focused on sales and retention.
• In-depth knowledge of the Sales and Retention processes.
• Proven experience in team management, performance metrics, employee relations, and training.
• Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach, capable of working independently.
