Looking for a Sales Negotiator with 3 years + experience to join a fantastic team in Notting Hill.This position is with a very well-respected client of ours who are looking to expand their office in Prime Central London.Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients in their search for properties that meet their needs and budget.
• Conducting property viewings and guiding clients through the buying process.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Learning the ins and outs of the local property market and keeping up-to-date with market trends.
• Assisting with negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team targets and company goals.

What we need in you:

• At least 3 years experience as a Sales Negotiator, ideally PCL.
• High achiever.
• Engaging personality and well-spoken.
• Motivated and driven.

Benefits:

• Base salary of £30,000 OTE £95,000 +
• Uncapped commission structure.
• Guaranteed commission for the first four months.
