Job Description:Experienced full lifecycle SAP Logistics/Warehouse Management Functional Consultant with experience of working with ECC and ideally S4 projects implementations. Works with client and team to gather and analyse business requirements for the implementation, support and configuration of SAP Logistics modules, and the flexibility / willingness to explore other areas of SAP, other Logistics related functionality. Understands the business processes of the functional area and participates in the design, configuration, implementation, maintenance and/or enhancement of SAP modules to align with business requirements.Individual will hold Security Clearance or meet criteria to hold. This includes sole British Citizenship and has resided in the UK for the last 5 years. Can not hold OCI/Overseas Citizenships.Essential Job FunctionsBusiness requirements capture and review.Detailed design solutioning, documenting and presentation.Hands on solution build, configuration documentation, functional specification for developments.Collaboration with the SAP implementation team for assisting with cross system integration and design/solution walkthrough.Workshop facilitation, document and team leadership, and customer SME guidance.Unit and Integration Testing preparation, test scripting, data preparation, results documentation, defect management and end state reporting.Train/Guide the tester capability User Acceptance Testing preparation and support.Support definition and delivery of data migration.Support definition and delivery of implementation cut-over activities.Initial post go-live support, knowledge transfer and handover to BAU.Basic QualificationsLogistics experience in business solutions, business analysis or management analysis experienceExperience assisting users with business process changes and improvement initiatives.Ideally SAP certified, or willing to complete certification.Other QualificationsGood communication and analysis skills to listen to client and articulate back for feedback and solutions.Good problem-solving skills to identify, analyze and solve complex business application problems in an ERP environment.Good presentation skills to present to management and customers.Leadership skills to coordinate, oversee and lead team/project members.Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with business problems.Ability to communicate technical and business matters clearly in lay terms for comprehension by multiple audiences.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple shifting priorities.Work EnvironmentPrimary remote working environment with potential for occasional onsite travel depending on assignment needs.May require evening or weekend work dependent on project needs but will be limited/occasional.Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
