About the Role
We currently looking to fill a Permanent Full-Time Senior Support Coordinator position in our NDIS Coordinator Support team located in West Moreton office.
As a Senior Support Coordinator, you will support clients to achieve their goals in their individual NDIS Plans. You will help bring each participants’ NDIS plan to life.
You will provide assistance to strengthen participants’ ability to coordinate and implement their supports, assist people to strengthen their informal networks, and coordinate a range of services, including funded and mainstream supports, consistent with RFQ’s recovery practice model.
The position also requires a working understanding of the NDIS, the role of support coordination, and also has supervisory responsibility across the team of Support Coordinators.
To be successful you will bring the following
- Tertiary Qualifications in social work, psychology, behavioural sciences, and/or a human services related field OR lesser qualifications and demonstrable experience.
- A strong sense of professional boundaries and integrity
- Current driver’s licence and access to a registered roadworthy and insured vehicle (minimum third-party property)
- Knowledge and experience in the NDIS
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated skills using client information management systems
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with multiple stakeholders
