The Student Accommodation team plays an essential role in attracting a diverse range of students to Bristol and helping to deliver an outstanding student experience.
We plan and manage the annual allocation of more than 10,000 beds in University-owned and partnership accommodation, delivering high-quality customer service and advice to students.

As Senior Accommodation Officer (Systems and Operations), you will have end to end oversight of the accommodation application and allocation , testing and delivery in our accommodation system; StarRez.
Focusing on customer experience, you will have the opportunity to work with staff, students and external partners to develop the service by identifying and implementing improvements to the system and our processes.
You will take the lead in the operational delivery of our most important process, by analysing application preference data and running allocations in StarRez you will match students to accommodation that meets their need.
Please note this role offers hybrid working, with an expectation of 2 days per week on campus.

Salary: £37,099-£41,732 per annum
