About the Role

As SWIFT grows, you will be responsible for recruiting the best talent. But your role doesn’t end there. You will also have the chance to contribute and take ownership of a range of exciting new projects that will help us attract the right talent, with the right values, skills, and competencies needed for the future.

What to expect

  • Partner with key stakeholders in assigned business areas to source, select and hire qualified candidates at a variety of levels
  • Manage and own the recruitment process end-to-end and ensuring a positive experience for all those involved
  • Develop a sourcing strategy to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Drive offer process – building compensation proposals and packages that meet both SWIFT and candidate needs
  • Organise, and represent SWIFT at external job fairs, conferences, community/industry events
  • Carry out management reporting and data analysis to inform decision-making, using internal and external market data and tools such as Talent Insights
  • Leading and contributing to regional and global projects to transform the hiring experience, develop our employer branding initiatives and increase the capabilities of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Work with the whole HR department to share knowledge, best practices and experiences

Qualifications

  • Minimum of seven years full-life cycle recruitment experience, whether agency, RPO or in-house
  • Up-to-date knowledge of sourcing methodologies, strong track record of networking externally and expert in competency based interviewing
  • Experience with recruiting across locations in Europe
  • Passionate about building an organisation through its people and enabling excellent candidate and colleague experiences
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management with influencing skills
  • Collaborative team worker, well organised, able to work autonomously, and a growth mind-set mentality
  • Excellent attention to detail skills and high standard in terms of quality of output
