Read on! As we expand our team, we’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in supporting our Product & Engineering teams and our Consulting practices. You’ll be part of our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and lead the recruitment of Software Development, Delivery (consulting and implementation) and other tech product profiles. You’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Lead.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle: with a focus on candidate experience and quality check on our ambitious standards, you are the guardian and driver of the full recruitment process – from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to business case testing and offer negotiation;
  • Sourcing with an edge: You’re a sourcing guru, uncovering top talent like developers, engineers, and IT experts where others don’t even think to look. Whether it’s GitHub, Stack Overflow, or tech meetups, you know where the true innovators hang out, and you connect with them on their level. You don’t just fill pipelines – you craft them with precision. You optimize your sourcing efforts, using tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights to find top talent, analyse market trends, and help improve our recruitment strategies;
  • Partnering with our business leaders: Strong relationships with hiring managers will be the key to your success in fulfilling their recruitment needs. You serve as their trusted advisor for all recruitment matters;
  • Employer branding: Enhance our sparkling Employer Brand positioning Bluecrux as a top employer in the market by launching social media campaigns, setting up referral programs, and many more.

About you

  • You have a minimum experience of 3 years in the field of Recruitment of Tech and Software; be it in an agency or in-house, complemented by a higher education degree;
  • You are an expert working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms;
  • You can design effective search strategies and can distinguish between tech stacks such as React and Angular or Python and .NET;
  • You have an interest to recruit other profiles in the broader slipstream of software implementation, data analytics and supply chain process and transformation;
  • You are fluent in English. Speaking Dutch or French is a definite plus;
  • At all times you have a human focus and an eye to quickly grasp an impression of the talents and added values of candidates;
  • You’re not scared to create an impact by informing and challenging your hiring stakeholders at times, therefore you know how to apply the right communication skills and like to take the initiative;
  • You like to work in a fast-paced environment; you have a growth mindset, a positive attitude, and an outstanding work ethic;

  • You show a willingness to work in a hybrid working model;
  • You have a valid driver’s license or will obtain this in the next 6 months.
