This role is part the Global Supply Chain Digital & Tech organisation.It ensures that all work performed is focused on Value, Flow & Quality utilising Lean-Agile principles as well as partnering with the business owner to collectively ensure the digital tech product lifecycle is effectively managed and prioritised.We create a place where people can grow, be their best, be safe, and feel welcome, valued and included.   • Determine and understand your customer’s needs and potential value through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Be the recognised expert of your Tech products.
  • Work with colleagues from multi-disciplinary backgrounds to set clear and cohesive Digital product visions, strategies, and roadmaps for your product area while still maintaining space to incorporate new ideas along the journey.
  • Measure the impact released by your roadmap, close the value loop, and ensure adoption.
  • Maintain high credibility through effective communications and deliver product that make our users’ lives easier and drive positive patient outcomes.
  • Drive a step change in ways of working through digital interventions within External Manufacturing enabling business objectives.
  • Maintain a cost-effective, compliant, and trusted External Manufacturing network in line with regulatory and GSK procedures.

Why you?Basic Qualifications & Skills:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science, engineering, computing, or similar discipline.
  • Experience in delivering complex digital transformation projects with significant business change.
  • Managing diverse stakeholder groups aligning business outcomes to digital interventions.
  • Delivering solutions using Lean Agile methodologies (SAFe Agile).
  • Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes within regulated environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:

  • Knowledge of and experience in leading the delivery of digital capability within External Manufacturing & Supply Chain (multi-enterprise orchestration and collaboration systems; external quality collaboration; supply chain visibility and control towers)
  • Experience of Software as a Service and delivery of Software as a Service Solutions.
  • Integration of supply chain functions and tech solutions with external organisations
