About the opportunity

The Senior Workplace Relations Advisor – Historic Review Coordination will implement part of the employee payments review processes, effectively managing resources and ensuring compliance. You will be responsible for engaging with both our external legal advisers and the faculties and schools in gathering, analysing, and coordinating information, data, and documentation flow to support the end-to-end historic review of each school under the EPR program.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • work on the employee payments review project team
  • communication, collection and review of historic payroll and allocation data
  • analysis of data in relation to meeting requirements of the University EBA
  • liaise with legal team on collected data and further requirements
  • provide guidance and advice to HR colleagues working within the faculties at the University.

About you

  • experience and strong technical understanding of industrial instruments
  • experience conducting analysis across HR and payroll data
  • experience working within the higher education sector
  • highly adept communication and stakeholder relationship management abilities
  • ability to work autonomously and diligently
