We are looking for a Senior Data Consultant to join a innovative and forward-thinking consultancy client. This is a key role for an expert who thrives on helping organizations unlock the full potential of their data assets while shaping and delivering impactful data-driven strategies.In this role, you’ll provide expert guidance to clients across diverse industries, including telecoms, media, banking, insurance, retail, energy, utilities, and the public sector. You’ll lead the way in crafting data strategies, governance frameworks, and operating models that empower businesses to make smarter decisions. Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in mentoring and developing junior consultants to foster a culture of excellence.Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformative data consulting projects: Develop and deliver cutting-edge data strategies, governance frameworks, and data literacy programs.
• Advise on best practices: Guide clients on data management, governance, and quality principles, ensuring sustainable and scalable solutions.
• Shape operating models: Design and implement target operating models that align with business objectives and maximize data function efficiency.
• Client collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into tailored data solutions.
• Provide thought leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in data and analytics, sharing insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Mentorship and team development: Support and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in data consulting, data strategy development, and implementing data governance frameworks.
• Deep understanding of data management principles, including governance, quality, and operating models.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
• Proven track record of delivering in high-pressure, dynamic environments while driving projects to completion.
• A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a relentless drive for results.
• Ability to define and shape the project vision while ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes.
• Consulting experience, particularly in shaping and driving client engagements, is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a natural talent for simplifying complex data challenges.
• Experience in consulting-led sales and developing proposals is a strong plus.
