Vehicle Service Advisor Required in Talbot Green.

• Starting salary circa £25,750 per annum however this is pending experience and current earnings.
• Performance-related bonus providing additional annual earnings of up to £4,800 per annum.
• Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8:00am-1:00pm paid additionally at time and a half.

Our client, a family-run franchise-approved car dealership based in Talbot Green, is currently looking to hire an experienced and professional Vehicle Service Advisor for their Service Department.In the role of a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will work alongside a workshop team and be responsible for providing a proactive service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles for service, maintenance or repair work and arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle. As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will greet customers in the Service Department, extensively liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress, carry out up-selling of additional products and services where possible, and keep customers informed of the progress on their vehicle.The successful Service Advisor would ideally be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction. Very strong organisational and IT skills would be of high priority. Current or recent experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor would be highly advantageous however is non-essential provided you come from a strong customer service-orientated background and are interested in undertaking a new challenge in the motor trade. A full clean UK driving license with minimal points is essential though.What’s in it for you? For your hard work as a Service Advisor, our client is offering:
