Vehicle Service Advisor Needed in KidderminsterOur client, a franchise approved commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple sites nationwide, are currently looking to hire a Service Advisor for their busy Kidderminster dealership.Why This Service Advisor Role Might Be Ideal for You:

What You’ll Be Doing as a Service Advisor:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
• Scheduling and managing customer bookings to maintain workshop capacity.
• Regularly updating customers on vehicle progress, repair times, and cost estimates.
• Producing accurate job cards, invoices, and estimates, while identifying retail, warranty, and non-chargeable repairs.
• Liaising with the Parts Department to confirm parts availability and efficiency.

What Qualities Will You Need as a Service Advisor:

• Exemplary communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for managing time and meeting deadlines.
• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably with Kerridge system knowledge.
• A positive, customer-focused mindset with resilience and motivation to achieve team success.
