• Liaise efficiently with other departments ensuring the highest level of service for customers.
• Receive, support, and complete sales orders for both counter and contract customers, embodying flexibility and willingness to undertake diverse tasks.
• Efficiently manage customer queries, providing professional service at all times.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the customer base in alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure accurate completion of all company paperwork, including delivery and QHSE documentation.
• Handle Counter or Contract warranty issues/claims and undertake regular filing activities.

What You Will Bring:

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge of QHSE Legislation and a strong technical awareness of the products and services offered.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude towards work and customer service.
• Experience in a sales environment, ideally holding or working towards ISMM Level 3 Award, Certificate and Diploma in Advanced Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
