Your Key Responsibilities:

• Be the welcoming face of the dealership, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.
• Manage customer bookings and communicate updates, providing exceptional service at every step.
• Offer expert advice on vehicle servicing and repairs, while proactively recommending additional services.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, handle payments, and keep detailed customer records.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure efficient communication and smooth workflow.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a Main Dealer.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for building strong customer relationships.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organisation.
• A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Full UK driving licence.
