Service Advisor-One of the largest Used Car Dealerships in Nelson.

• Basic Salary-Up to £28,000.00
• Monday to Friday (either 8-5, 8:30-17:30, 9:00-18:00 would depend probably on what is best for us and candidate)
• Plus 2 Saturday mornings per month 08:30-12:30

Our client is a large used car dealership based in Bury. They are currently looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their team. The successful Service Advisor will have prior Service Advisor experience at a main dealer and will come with 2 years of customer facing experience.Roles and Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers, both in-person and over the phone
• Booking appointments and scheduling work for the workshop team
• Providing accurate quotations for services
• Upselling additional services and products where appropriate
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history
• Liaising with the workshop team to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard
• Managing customer expectations and resolving any issues that arise.

The successful Service Advisor will have:

• Previous experience as a service advisor, main dealer experience would be desirable.
