We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of an effective, streamlined approach to Service Charge Management, to achieve appropriate recovery, that builds trust and transparency with our customers, and our ability to deliver value for money.The successful candidate will lead the delivery of our service charge management functions, including utilities requirements. They will also develop improved data collection, storage systems and operational practices, ensuring delivery of customer focused service design, whilst ensuring value for money.You should use the job advert and person specification in the attached role profile to write your application.
